THE SHOW

What is the performance schedule?
The performance schedule may vary, the most current performance schedule can be found here: http://www.warpaintmusical.com/tickets/.

What is the running time of the show?
The show is 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Are any of the cast members going to be out for a specific performance?
Unless otherwise noted on the website or Ticketmaster.com, all principal actors are scheduled to play at all performances unless an announcement is made at the time of that performance. Please note we cannot guarantee the appearance of any actor due to illness.

What is the recommended age for children?
The recommended age for children is 13 and up. The Nederlander Theatre welcomes patrons ages 5 and older. As a courtesy to our guests, children under the age of 5 will not be permitted in the theatre. Please be aware that all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

How long will Patti LuPone and Christine Ebersole be playing in WAR PAINT?
There is currently no publicized end date for Patti LuPone and Christine Ebersole.

TICKETS

When do tickets for xx/xx/xxxx go on sale?
Tickets typically go on sale approximately 6 months in advance of any given performance. To stay up to date, please sign up for WAR PAINT ticket alerts on Ticketmaster by clicking “Add To Favorites” on WAR PAINT’S Ticketmaster page.

How long will the show be running and how far out are tickets on sale?
The show is open-ended. Please check back on our Tickets page for our performance schedule and to purchase tickets.

I purchased tickets but have not received a confirmation and/or my e-tickets.

Can I arrange a backstage tour or meet and greet with the cast of WAR PAINT?
We are unable to arrange backstage tours or meet and greets with the actors.

My performance of WAR PAINT was cancelled or I am no longer able to attend WAR PAINT. Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
For any canceled performances, as well as questions regarding refunds or exchanges, please reach out directly to your point of purchase. Ticketmaster can be reached at 1-800-653-8000. Please note, Ticketmaster has a “no refund or exchanges” policy.

How do I get the best tickets?
For the best seats, we strongly recommend purchasing Premium Tickets. Premium seats are located in the best locations in the theater. They are also often available even when other seats may be sold out! To get Premium seats, select “Premium Tickets” in the Special Offers drop-down menu on Ticketmaster.

PRESS REQUESTS

If you have an inquiry for the show’s press team or are requesting press tickets, please email lauren@polkandco.com. You will receive a response in 2-3 business days.

RUSH

A limited number of seats at the rush price of $40 will be available for purchase in-person at the Nederlander Theatre box office beginning Tuesday March 7 at 10am. Monday – Saturday and 12pm on Sunday for day-of performances. There is a limit of two tickets priced at $40 each, payable in cash or by credit card, per person. No student ID is required and subject to availability.

DIGITAL LOTTERY

A limited number of tickets will be available for all performances through the digital lottery, which will open at 8 AM for both matinee and evening performances and will remain open until 11 AM and 3 PM, respectively, when winners are drawn. For details and entrance to the digital lottery, visit lottery.broadwaydirect.com/show/war-paint.

STANDING ROOM

On sale at the box office on a first-come, first-serve basis when the show is sold out. Standing positions at the back of the orchestra. There is a limit of two tickets priced at $50 each, payable in cash or by credit card, per person.

GROUPS

Are group tickets available?
Yes, tickets for groups of 12 or more can be purchased by calling 1.800.BROADWAY x2 or visiting Broadway.com.

THEATRE INFORMATION

Are accessibility seats available?
A limited number of accessibility and companion seats are available for WAR PAINT. The orchestra section of the Nederlander Theatre is wheelchair accessible, and accessibility seats are available for purchase. Unfortunately, the mezzanine can only be reached via stairs.

Can I bring my children?
WAR PAINT is recommended for 13 and older. Children under the age of five will not be permitted into the theatre.

DONATION REQUESTS

Can I receive a ticket donation for my charity/fundraiser?
Unfortunately, due to the amount of requests we receive, WAR PAINT is unable to donate any tickets, backstage tours, or meet and greets.
